Mediation with Abundance App has helped me sleep better and without the sleeping aids that I needed before

My son in 4th grade loves to meditate with Abundance. He had a fear of flying and traveling by plane was almost impossible. However, now when we are in a plane he pulls up the app and meditates.

Abundance App has helped me to win over my anxiety. Now I am able to sit and relax without the fear of unknown. I use the timer function to remind me every day to meditate and I start my day in bed with a meditation.

I thank my friend for introducing me to Abundance and meditation. My work involves a lot of decision making in high stress situations. Some of these meditations have helped me overcome the high stress and my constant neck pain seems to have gone away.
I now meditate with my work team on a weekly basis.
